This is a private room with own entrance, bathroom, small kitchenette and own terrace. The room is part of our houseboat and so we also live here.

Yes that's possible. You can also put it on your terrace, but then lock it.

Hi, is the rental room underneath your section? Just wondering whether the sound from above could be an issue maybe? Also would we be borrowing your bikes to get around. Thanks!

This is a private room with own entrance, bathroom, small kitchenette and own terrace. The room is part of our houseboat and so we also live here. The private room is partly underneath our dining table.

Great value, friendly host, unique experience to stay on the canal!
the studio is spacious, stylish and clean. the area is very nice, public transport is not too far
keep in mind that water around makes any noise louder - including parties around. however it wasn’t a big problem for me personally

A nice stay on a canal.
Staying on the canal. Plenty of room with lots of amenities. The shower was awesome. The location was not far from Olympic Hotel and the tram line 24 is only about a 5-10 minute walk. Easy check in and check out. Bike was available for use but I didn't have the time. Very quiet location.
The location was a little inconvenient but not a deal breaker. For those that can walk or ride a bike it was not terribly bad.

Nice houseboat and good location.
Everything was great! The hosts so kind and let me put the luggage there both when I arrived early and at my departure. There was also great that there was the use of the bike. The best way to see Amsterdam! The location was also good. Quiet and peaceful.

The perfect house to live Amsterdam
The house is 10 minutes far by bike from the city center, 30 minutes with a nice walk through the park. Perfect for relaxing and enjoy the calm of the canals and the unique atmosphere it offers.you’ll find every comfort, dishwasher and a combo microwave oven. You’ll have the chance also to use the bicycles they offer for your staying. The location is great if you arrive by car, since the nearest p+r parking is 10 minutes by feet
You can’t smoke weed in the front porch, you’ll have to reach the road if you want!
